Don’t just be another

player on a field.

BE A BALLER

We help soccer players become gamechangers

Our Method

We customize the training experience to each player based on a few simple factors:

What are the player’s biggest strengths and assets that we can maximize?
- Our focus as we progress shifts to identifying the players best ability and develop it as far as we can. For example, a player may originally lack in ball control and dribbling but have an amazing shot. After getting proficiency in dribbling our focus shifts to making their already great shot as powerful, accurate, and precise as possible. Think of a player like Messi’s ability to dribble and create with his left foot - his right foot could be a lot better, but he has always been near unstoppable on his left…

What does the player want to improve at the most?
- The player needs to enjoy training. So if they want to be the best at scoring goals even though they mostly play defense, we spend time working on things like shooting and finishing

Where is the player lacking in ability?
- We spend a lot of time developing this at the beginning to build a better base for the player

We continue to evaluate the player in the 4 main pillars of development - and our 5th pillar: ‘World-Class-ical’ to take them to their next level

  • We help the player develop the necessary basic technical abilities of receiving the ball, passing the ball, dribbling, and finishing.

  • Although technique on the ball is important, we cannot walk before we crawl. It is hard to be a great dribbler without speed and the ability to quickly change directions that will off-balance even the sharpest defenders. We make sure the player builds their balance, coordination, acceleration, and overall athleticism

  • We focus on getting the player to understand when and why they should use particular skills as well as when and why they should shoot instead of pass, or pass instead of dribble. This way, in live matchplay, the player understands the situation better to make better decisions on and off the ball

  • The game is played at speed and with pride on the line - we treat training the same way and create an expectation for the player to be focused, take in instructions and execute quickly, and to never give up, leaving ego and emotion off the pitch. Our goal each session is for the player to have fun, work hard, and improve. The mental game is every bit as important as the physical - we inspire players to believe in themselves and to be hungry to improve both at training and away from training - when the player is inspired, progress accelerates because they become self motivated to improve on their own!

  • The Baller Soccer difference is made through this pillar - by maximizing a player’s strength to the highest potential, the player grows into an key asset for any team. We help players who have good ball skill learn to dance past 3 defenders… We help players that are physical understand how they can dominate the opposing team by out-muscling opponents on and off the ball. We help players that have a good shot become clinical at scoring goals from a variety of positions and situations. By guiding a player to have a strength that is world-class, the player will have everyone on the edge of their lawn chairs waiting to see how they will slip by the next defender, waiting for a thundering slide tackle to disrupt the counter attack, waiting to be in disbelief at how the player pulled off a one-time volley from a moving cross into the top corner of the goal. Any player can learn to pass a ball to someone - Baller Soccer players learn to change the game
